Privacy Policy

The following Privacy Policy sets forth the rules for saving and accessing data on the Devices of Users
using the Service for the purpose of providing services electronically by the Administrator,
as well as the rules for collecting and processing Users’ personal data.

§ 1 Definitions

  • Service – the website operating at the address

  • External Services – websites of partners, service providers, or service recipients
    cooperating with the Administrator (including Google Ireland Limited).
  • Administrator – the company

    providing services electronically via the Service and storing and accessing information
    on User’s devices.
  • User – a natural person for whom the Administrator provides services
    electronically via the Service.
  • Device – an electronic device with software through which the User gains access
    to the Service.
  • Cookies – text data collected in the form of files placed on the User’s Device.

§ 2 Types of Cookies

  • Internal Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device
    by the Service’s telecommunications system.
  • External Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device
    by telecommunications systems of External Services (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Session Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device
    by the Service or External Services during one session of a given Device.
    After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User’s Device.
  • Persistent Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device
    by the Service or External Services until they are manually deleted.
    Files are not deleted automatically after the Device session ends.

§ 3 Security

Mechanisms for storing and reading Cookies do not allow the collection of any personal data
or any confidential information from the User’s Device. Transferring viruses, Trojan horses,
and other worms to the User’s Device is practically impossible.

§ 4 Purposes for which Cookies are used

  • Improving and facilitating access to the Service – The Administrator may store
    information about User preferences and settings regarding the Service in Cookies
    to improve, enhance, and accelerate the provision of services within the Service.
  • Statistical Data (Google Analytics) – The Administrator uses analytical tools
    provided by Google Ireland Limited. These tools collect anonymous data about User behavior
    to improve the Service. If the User did not consent (“Reject”) on the cookie banner,
    these scripts are not loaded, and data is not collected.

§ 5 Personal Data

The Administrator of Users’ personal data is the Administrator. Personal data is processed
for the purpose of providing services by the Administrator, handling inquiries sent via the contact form
(if applicable), and for analytical and statistical purposes.

The User has the right to access the content of their data, rectify it, delete it, restrict processing,
the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time
without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
